FRANK DE LUCA

Frank is an Old Greenwich resident with over twenty years experience in sales and real estate development. He has worked closely with local architects, brokers, and residents to cultivate strong relationships allowing us to pair each client with the proper building site and home design. Our main goal is the client experience and budget management. When these two steps are done properly, the process is enjoyable for all.

NATHALIA GONZALEZ

Nathalia is responsible for a diverse set of responsibilities, all which ensure Edgewater runs smoothly and efficiently. She has high levels of organizational effectiveness and a background in accounting. Nathalia has been a valuable asset to Edgewater since its inception all while being a dedicated mother of three. Nathalia is always eager and willing to help get the job done right to satisfy our clients.

TIM CONLEY

Tim joins us with over 40 years of hands on residential construction experience. The last 20 years he has been specializing in finish carpentry. He brings an overall knowledge of the trades and craftsmanship needed to construct the finest homes that our clients expect. 

Tim will be managing our day to day site supervision along with client management. 

DANIEL FRANCO

Daniel recently joined the Edgewater Team as a Project Supervisor. He has experience in event planning and operations as well as customer service. Daniel is responsible for site maintenance, inventory management and punch list completion. 

JULIETTE BLAKE

Juliette is responsible for managing all things digital and marketing for Edgewater including our website, social media, as well as traditional and emerging opportunities. Juliette grew up in Old Greenwich and has now returned with her own family. Her familiarity with the community as well as her media & entrepreneurial background is a huge asset to our team.
